We are a young professional couple (graduate software engineer and graduate landscape architect) who are tidy, quiet, and considerate. We are looking for a flat or home to rent for a minimum of six months.

We would like to move into the property at the end of August 2008.

Our ideal property would have the following:

* Quiet property and quiet location
* Ideally between Science Park and Station Road (cycle distance to at least one of the location)
* One or two bedrooms
* Un-furnished. We do have our own bed, and some other small furniture (table, chairs etc) but don't have any wardrobe.
* Power shower
* Bright (big windows, leakproofed)
* Central heating
* Space for one car
* Some space for bicycles

Budget would be around £600-£720/PCM.
