Receptionist Office Administrator
An opportunity to join an expanding busy Travel Clinic, as support to a team of healthcare professionals and as first contact to the public.
As Receptionist and Administrator you will be responsible for welcoming clients, preparing notes and information about their future trips. Working closely with the nursing team and enabling the smooth running of the clinic.
You will require written and verbal skills, skills in organisation and administrative procedures, the ability to work with an accounts package. Good skills in negotiation and diplomacy are of importance and the ability to pay attention to detail
You will also have the ability to be a team player and to be able to prioritise your work load and have a flexible approach to working.
This role would be suitable for full-time or job-share and the rate of pay is £13- £16k
