As Chef De Partie you will:
• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the smooth running of the kitchen
• Help with the training of the Junior Chefs
• Understanding of fresh ingredients and working to rosette standard
• Experience at running your own section
• Understanding G.P and Menu planning
• COSHH and H+S knowledge
