The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

 

-          A recognised childcare qualification , NVQ Level 2 or 3

-          Experience within the childcare industry

-          A good theoretical and working knowledge of the EYFS

-          Flexibility, team player skills and the ability to make learning fun and stimulating

-          Commitment to maintaining high standards

-          A confident manner when communicating with parents
