Hi,

I'm a 25 year old female professional. I'm currently renting a lovely 2 bedroom flat in The Triangle development on Station Road (about 2 minutes from the railway station) and i really don't want to move out, so I am looking for someone to come in with me on the contract and rent the 2nd room from 21st August, ideally for a year.

The room is a large, unfurnished double, with ensuite and built in wardrobe. The flat is on the 4th floor. It has an open plan kitchen (with fitted white goods)/living room and a very spacious balcony. There is secure bike storage and one allocated parking space, which we would have to share.

The rent includes water, but other bills including electricity, phone, council tax and internet are to pay on top.

I'm a friendly, easy to get on with and tidy flatmate who enjoys a laugh. I like to go out and socialise or catch a film, but i generally enjoy quiet evenings at home during the week.
