I have a two bedroom ground floor maisonette with one property above it, in central Cambridge. The area is very convenient and a lot of fun- chops, cinema, swimming pool, large open green spaces with fair/music/community events close by, and a short walk to historic centre and colleges. It is a 10 min walk to Asda and Tesco superstores, and couple of minutes walk to excellent primary and secondary schools.

The property has its own back garden and shed, and a communal front garden which is a really pretty, sunny garden as well. It is a council place with right to buy, and the value is around £200,000 before your discount. Pet allowed.

I want something in Oxford near the centre if possible- I'm studying at Brookes so don't mind being over that way either though. I need a ground floor place and we have a cat so they must be allowed. I need two bedrooms and am also allowed three, but am not eligible for one or four bed properties.
