Hello,
I am 22 male and looking for a room in a shared house/flat a double or a good sized single, short term or long term is fine.
Anywhere in cambridge is ok but i would prefer somewhere near cherry hinton, but that isn't overly important.
My budget is around 75pw give or take £10 (or more if it’s something special), I currently have health problems that keep me from working, I am on what used to be called incapacity benefit (ESA) and my rent is paid by housing benefit which is paid directly to me and I have family who will help me with any rent if there are problems with it arriving on time, but either way it means you are guaranteed to get the rent on time always.
I am quiet and retiring and thrive in a relaxed, quiet and tidy atmosphere; I also enjoy keeping things tidy and doing more than my fair share of all housework and anything else that needs doing, while i prefer quiet i'm not a complainer, as long as i can get a good nights sleep im not too bothered.
I would like to move asap as I am not suited to the environment where I am and there have also been thefts here so I no longer feel safe.
I spend much of my time reading, thinking and going for nature walks.
I’m an occasional/social smoker so I prefer a smoking house but no smoking is fine for me too, I don't 'have' to smoke, I don't drink though.
Even though I’m quiet that doesn't mean I’m unsociable and I enjoy a friendly chat as much as anyone else.
