An opportunity to join a family run business in their newly refurbished Pub & Pizza concept venue in the heart of Newnham.

The site is currently going through a major transformation which will be completed on 23rd May. The Red Bull is fast becoming a busy venue and is only minutes from the city centre. The menu consists of Italian stonebaked pizzas, fresh pastas, salads and a few traditional pub classics. As the chef at this site you will predominantly be working on your own, allowing you to have an input into the menu and creating your own daily specials. The owner covers the kitchen on days off/ holidays and is available to help with any training that may be required.

The position will require you to complete all record keeping, ordering and cleaning. Training can be given in all areas and we welcome any vocational training which can be provided on site and at our other site in Grantchester. The hours are aproximately 40-45 on a 5 on 2 off rota which are split shifts to work with the business hours.

The position also comes with live in available, 4 weeks holiday a year, uniform and meal on duty. The salary is negotiable, approx 13k to 15k plus bonus scheme for achieving targets. There is also the opportunity to progress within the business.
