Our client provides Live in Care (Homecare) to a range of adults in their own homes helping them to live independently within their own homes. The Homecare Supervisor (Field Support Supervisor) will be to undertake the day to day supervision of care staff and the provision of care services provided. The Field Support Supervisor (Homecare Supervisor) will undertake initial assessments of clients needs and in particular prepare a client specification (Care plan) after consultation with the client and their family members.

As the Home Care Supervisor (Homecare) (Field Support Supervisor) you will monitor the services provided, the standard of care with both the Care Assistant and the client on a regular basis. You will identify training needs of Care Staff and report any concerns regarding performance to the Branch Manager.
