Free Hp 1050DN Laser Office Printer

I've got an HP 1050DN Office Laserjet here, I've been using it for my small business and it's developed some ghosting on images. Perfectly usable for draft printing, and I'm told that a new cartridge should see the end of the ghosting problem. Thing is, a new cartridge is £70 and it's just taking up too much room in my little office.

So what I've done is buy a small desktop laserjet for £50, which is all I need. Make no mistake, this is a proper office printer, and is designed to do 150,000 copies a month. I'm doing about 500, which is probably why it's having problems, it's being massively underused.

Functionally it's fine, and prints A3 / A4 as quick as you like (i think it's something like 50 pages per minute) and the ghosting isn't too bad, perfectly OK if you're just printing out drafts for proofing or general office stuff. It's also got the duplexer for double sided printing.

The toner cartridge thats in it probably has around 2000 copies left in it.

Please be aware that this is a network printer, not the simple USB plug n play type usually found for personal use, so some IT knowledge will be needed to hook it up. You'll need the network lead for it, but they're readily available from any IT place, or if you get real stuck, PC World.

Free to a good home, I have no need for it anymore and it's eating up space. When you come to collect it, be aware that it's ruddy heavy! So if it's just my wife here be sure to bring a friend. It weighs in the region of 50kg so it's definitely not a one man job (unless you're the incredible hulk).
