We have on and off road free parking. Fast and hot shower with a bath together, Fast wireless internet from fibre optic and all the utility bills inclusive, central heating for winter, and all the white goods e.g. washing machine and fridge etc, and nice big kitchen.

The house is clean and in quiet area hence only someone who is clean, quiet and a non smoker please. sorry no couples either. A month deposite also required.

The map on gumtree shows wrong address, If you lood at the same map on the side, the house is on Cherry Hinton Main Road, between Kelvin Close and Laundry Ln.

Both of the rooms are available from 6th of September 2009.
