Office Manager
Office Manager - An exciting new position has arisen with a leading institute based in Cambridge. As the Office Manager you will be running the college office and the administrative services, supporting staff and giving direction to other office staff. You will supervise and give leadership to the Office Secretary on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• You will manage the office, ensuring that office systems and procedures operate smoothly, keeping accurate records, prioritise work and anticipate any other office matters.
• Keep everyone informed of office matters
• Supervise and allocate work and assist the office secretary
• Act as a PA when required, providing secretarial assistance and general support including: photocopying, leaflet production, setting up meetings and travel arrangement
• Help maintain and prepare promotional visitor documentation
• Perform website updates
• Keep staff holiday requirements
• Organise refreshments for guests and meetings as reasonably required
• Maintain and develop the companies database
• Provide cover for the office secretary during peaks of work and carry out secretarial tasks as required
Key Requirements:
• A proven track record in office Management
• Computer literate in Microsoft programmes
• An understanding of office procedures
Desirable skills:
• Health and Safety experience
• Desktop publishing skills
• Website skills useful
