Java/J2SE Software Developer/ Programmer - Influential Role - Cambridge

Java/J2SE Software Developer/ Programmer is required by a Niche Software House to join their Java team in Cambridge due to current expansion. This is a challenging and exciting position in a young, growing company with headquarters in Cambridge, UK and expanding operations in the US. It is an opportunity to work with leading-edge technology and would suit recent graduates, or candidates looking to grow their experience. You will have excellent programming skills in Java, including knowledge of optimization and the ability to work in a close-knit team. You will also have cross platform development experience on Linux and Windows (and ideally Solaris) and programming skills in other languages (e.g. C, C++, or Python) is beneficial. Essential skills: Java, J2SE, C, C++, Python, Linux/Unix, SQL, XML, UI design, web services.
