We are looking for a friendly person to share an international house with 3 other people, who enjoy going out together or other activities in the house like cooking, watching films... The house is in a very quiet area of Cambridge, off Cherry Hinton road. It is 15 min cycling away from the centre and 10 min away from the train station and Addenbrooke’s hospital. Bus Citi 1, 2 and 3 stops are 1 minute from the house. The house has T.V. with freeview, broadband internet, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, a spacious- light living room, dining room, a garage and a garden with a barbecue grill. The room is very light, has a desk, a set of drawers, a wardrobe and a single bed (or space for a double bed). The rent is £275 plus bills. The room will be available in December.
