The house is located on the Balsham Road. The bathroom is shared and includes a shower (although there is no other lodger presently). The room with TV connection to Free view services. You can wi-fi into a router hub if you wish.

Car parking is in a lay-by adjacent to the property. Bus services close by include the C1 (Addenbrookes, Station and city centre) and 16a Coldhams Lane, Beehive and Grafton centre).
