We have a small double/large single attic bedroom available to let. It's unfurnished although we may be able to sort some odds and sods out. The rent is £310 per month excluding bills and the deposit is one and half months rent. The room is pretty much available now.

The room is in a professional household and you'd be sharing with 4 other people. Aside from the bedroom we have a living room, 2 shower rooms, a study/box room, and a large kitchen with all the usual kitchen stuff in it... washing machine, dishwasher, 2 fridge freezers, oven, microwave,... etc.

All the housemates are pretty laid back, in our mid 20's - mid 30's, and all quite active (football, running, cycling, rowing and kickboxing). All of us have good taste in films and music, and are pretty sociable too. We're looking for someone who fits in as we see the place as our home more than just a shared house.
