My client is seeking a confident and experienced childcare practitioner to support it's Nursery located in Central Cambridge You will deliver excellent standards of childcare and support the staff team to successfully implement and deliver the requirements of the EYFS, monitor quality standards, support the overall management of the nursery and be a positive role model.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, excellent communication and organisation skills and a minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification. This is an excellent opportunity for an existing deputy manager to develop their career within a small nursery setting or for someone looking for a new challenge.
