Due to an increase in business the Cambridge Quy Mill Hotel is currently recruiting a full time bar supervisor, responsibilities will include rostering, bar and cellar maintenance, requisitioning and ordering and manage a team of 4. The ideal candidate should have experience of similar establishments, however experience is not crucial as this position requires a personality foremost. Uniform is provided and meals on duty, working on a roster system no more than 45 hours per week over 5 days, hours worked over 45 will be accrued in lieu. 24 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays per annum and discounted use of the hotels leisure centre.
