hi, i live in a lovely spacious 3 bed in papworth everard. i have a large garden and hardstands for 2 vehicles there is a downstairs bathroom and living room cum diner. there is plenty of storage, the rooms are of a good size. this is an oil heated house but it lasts for about 8/10weeks and is NEVER needed in the summer as it is an old property it holds the heat. i have an open fire that works. i urgently need to move out to st ives on medical grounds as my little boy is poorly. i really need three bedrooms but will consider a large 2 as it is an urgent move required. it is unfurnished, there are no service charges and the rent is 81.91 a week. there is a local bus route, shop and cafe in the village. there are schools and a daisy centre which holds lots of activities for children.
