Senior Software Engineer
Based in Cambridge you will be engage in the specification, design, implementation, unit testing and system testing of Server and Client software
You will:
Work with the Lead Developer, Head of Engineering, Chief Architect and Head of QA to accurately and efficiently manage risks to the development project, avoid and resolve quality issues and to accurately and efficiently assess and report on progress
Act as a mentor and role model to other developers and team members
You will have:
C++ with an excellent aptitude for high performance code, data structure and algorithm design and implementation
Linux
Python
Network systems development and internet core protocols
SQL
HTML/XML
Desirable:
MS Windows development experience
Perl
MySQL
Apache
Javascript
Necessary Experience and Skills
This would suit someone with an excellent understanding of software development at all stages of the life cycle.
