Chef de Partie / Cambridge / Fine Dining Restaurant / Salary £16,500 / Plus Excellent Tips

Our client is seeking a passionate and committed Chef de Partie to joins its highly regarded fine dining restaurant which is situated in one of Cambridge's most idyllic spots.

This is a first class kitchen whereby everything is made from scratch using only the finest seasonal produce. In order to be considered you will need to have worked in similar top end operation, to at least 2 rosette standard or higher. We are looking for passionate all-rounder who is genuinely passionate about fine food and produce.

The salary is £16,500 with tips on top (c£4,000). The client also offers 2 days off a week with extra breaks throughout the year, this ensures staff enjoy a good quality of life/work balance.
