I have a very large 3 bed (4 if you want to use the dinning room as a bedroom)
All bed rooms are double size (no box room)
Lovely large garden, backs on to fields.

We are in a little village called Great Paxton, it has a pub (with sunday carvery), school, nursey, childminders, park and corner shop.
2 miles outside St Neots and 4 miles from Huntingdn.
It takes 20 mins to drive to Cambridge along the A428.

HALL -- 7.3 BY 8 FOOT
(NOT INCLUDING UNDER STAIRS STORAGE, PLUS WE HAVE A SMALL UPPER HALL AS THE STAIRS CURVE AROUND BACK ON THEM SELFS)

DINNINGROOM -- 12 BY 11 1/2 FOOT (INCLUDDING BAY WINDOW)

KITCHEN -- 14 BY 7 1/2 FOOT (PLUS A STORAGE CUPBOARD / LARDER THAT IS UNDER THE STAIRS)

Out side the back door is 3 outhouses - 2 are small - one used to be the outside tolet the other used to be the coal shed. The last one is alot larger 8 foot by 9 foot 3 inches.

We need a good size garden (the size of garden is more important to me than the house) So as a rule we don't really want a new build house as the gardens are too small for our needs.

Cambridge or surrounding areas (approx 10 miles around cambridge is as far as we can go).

Half packed and ready to move, just need to find the right house that can be made into our next home
