We are a professional couple (banking and IT professionals) who are tidy, quiet, and considerate, who are looking for a lovely home to rent for a minimum of six months.

We would like to move into the property on return from our honeymoon on or after Saturday the 28th of June.

Our ideal property would have the following:

• Quiet property and quiet location
• One or two bedrooms
• Space for one car
• Gas cooker if possible as we love to cook
• Power shower as we rarely take baths
• Furnished (we would consider unfurnished if property ticked all the right boxes)

Accommodation would ideally be on the southern side of Cambridge (Cherry Hinton Road, Hills Road, Trumpington, Addenbrookes area) with reasonable access to the city centre. We would consider going a little further out if the property or the price was worth our while (i.e. Fulbourn, Great Shelford).

Budget would be around £600-£700/PCM. We could stretch a little bit further if the property were truly exceptional.

We are free for viewings all of May and start of June.
