Head chef with strong management skills needed for lively bar located near Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire.

£18,000 starting salary with straight shifts offered, tips and a GP related bonus! Great atmosphere with 40 hours only but overtime offered if you wish to work extra hours.

You will be creating menus with a continental flavour including tapas, steaks, fish dishes, platters and fresh snacks. You will also be responsible for rota, stock ordering and control, creating specials and training staff in maintaining temp checks, hygiene and health issues.

Shifts are 8am (for breakfast) to 4pm/ 10am to 6pm/ 12.00 to 9pm ***Straight shifts!
