This lovely large double bedroom is available in a separate annexe. with own amin entrance and a back door to the garden. There are 2 rooms in the annexe. We have a young friendly professional couple staying in 1 of the bedrooms.

The annexe has a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. You can also use our washing machine and dryer( in bad weather), once a week. Our house is in Cherry Hinton in a very lovely residential spot. All our neighbours in the culde sac are professionals.

There is a ample car parking space in front of our house. The annexe is attached to our main house. We are a friendly family. My husband and I are both medical professionals working at Addenbrookes Hospital.

The room has a new bed, a foldable dining table, a wardrobe, Bed side locker, LCD Tv with freeview channels and a highspeed wireless internet connection.

The rent is inclusive of all bills (gas, electricity, water, internet) and council tax.

RENT - £450/month for single occupancy
- £500/month for Double occupancy

This room is also avaialble for short lets. Weekly rent - Single - £140/week
Double - £180/week

Daily booking - Single £40/night and double £55/night
