JOB DESCRIPTION:



• 3 Star Hotel, and Golf club.
• 1 Restaurant, 32 covers.
• 18 bedrooms.
• Conference and Banqueting for up to 100 covers.
• There is a brigade of 5 chefs.
• Live in is available, salary would be £21,000
• Straight shifts, 12:00pm – 10:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm.
• 24 days holiday as well as hotel discounts.
• The successful candidate will have use of the golf course and gym.
• This would be a great position for an established Jounior Sous chef or strong Chef de partie of a corporate or private background looking for the next stage in their career.
