I have here for sale a very sturdy sit up unit.
The WEIDER Ab-Crunch Trainer II.
The unit is 12 months old, and really does keep you in shape.
Very easy to use, arms offer comfort & support.
This system takes the strain of the back, and with a padded
head support, takes away any neck pain, making it a pleasure to use.
Originally cost £34.99 from cyclone performance.
Folds down when not in use, can be stored under a bed or sofa.
