On offer for the right swap is our 3 bedroom house in Chesterton, Cambridge.

DOWNSTAIRS - Good size front room, (we recently had patio doors fitted in the front room and it really opens it up!) New kitchen was fitted in December, Seperate dining room also a nice size with Bay window, utility area where i keep our fridgefreezer, washer and dryer and last but not least a downstairs toilet. Oh and a downstairs attic

UPSTAIRS - 3 Bedrooms, all ok sizes no box room. Bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet, airing cupboard and large attic.

BACKGARDEN is huge I would say aprox 90ft long by 30 ft wide, it has been really well looked after and there is a gate at the bottom of the garden also.

DRIVEWAY is graveled and fits 2-3 cars on.

Most of the rooms have been nicely decorated within the last year. We have a LARGE summer house at the bottom of the garden which if cheap enough we would be taking with us but this might not be poss so would probably also come with the house!

WE ARE IN NO RUSH TO MOVE AND WOULD ONLY CONCIDER DOING SO IF THE HOUSE WAS AT LEAST THE SAME SIZE OR LARGER. FOR THE SAME SIZE HOUSE WE WOULD LIKE A VILLAGE BUT IF YOUR OFFERING A LARGER HOUSE WE WILL CONCIDER AND AREA WITH IN CAMBRIDGESHIRE
