This part time (18 hours a week) housing officer post is based in Comberton, Cambridge but the patch to be managed will cover an area which includes properties in Cambridge and villages to the north of Cambridge up to Kings Lynn and includes approximately 400 properties. The properties will include both general needs rented and leasehold residents. Use of a car is essential. The post will include the following:
Letting properties
Managing anti-social behaviour
Dealing with breaches of tenancy and lease covenants
Dealing with mutual exchanges and changes in tenancy
General site management and site inspections
Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Previous housing management experience required. It is essential that you know how to use housing management software. You must have one years experience of supervising caretakers and wardens and experience of working with resident groups.

The Salary is £22,821 to £25,026 p.a (Pro rata)
