Are you looking for a challenging and busy job? Our client based on the outskirts of Huntingdon (Own transport is essential) are looking for a Personal Assistant to cover a maternity contract of 12 months. The duties and responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the answering all incoming calls to the office
- Meet and greet visitors
- Ordering stationary
- Raise orders on SAP
- Produce reports on SAP
- Create PowerPoint presentations
- Handle all incoming and outgoing post
- Dispatch DHL parcels and run reports
- Answer customer queries via e-mail, letters and telephone
- Arrange travel and flights
- Arrange site visits
- Handle staff expenses
- Raise and close contracts
- Organise samples to send to customers
- Complete purchase contracts
- Complete tender requests
- Update contract changes
- Produce client reports
- On site parking
- Minimum of a 12 month contract
- Excellent working environment

- SAP experience is desirable

- The hours of work are 8.30 am - 5.00 pm week 1 and 9.00 am - 5.30 pm week 2.
