I'm looking to move to Cambridge city, from Stapleford, to be closer to my son. I have a lovely 1 Bedroom thatched cottage with a small single bedroom/study, large garden and shed, large living/diner with huge inglenook fireplace and downstairs bathroom.

I'm looking ideally for a 2 bedroom house, but will consider flats also (the older and querkier the better) in the Mill rd area, although I will consider most locations in the city.

I have found someone in the city who I am really keen to do a swap with - they are looking for a 2/3 bedroom house in a south cambs village location...if you are looking to downsize to a period property then this may be an option as well.
