Bedroom will be unfurnished, it also has a built-in closet with a shelf and a clothes hanger rail.

Bedroom is available because current Housemate is moving out to pursue career opportunities elsewhere, so house is to share with myself.

You will be paying for renting the room, however because you will be sharing the same house, you are welcome to have your things around the house, if you wish.

Rent does not include bills or council tax, contract will be 6 months.

Room will be available from the End of December/ 1st January time.
