Part Time Customer Service Operator

Our established client is looking for a customer focused, team player to join them as a Customer Service Operator on a part time basis for a fixed term contract for 6 months.
Please note that this is a part time job and will require working every 3rd weekend.

Main duties include...

Conducting a professional telephone manner
Inputting data collection accurately
Ensuring all administration requirements are up to company standards
Being a team player in supporting other departments
Keeping the Customer Service Team Leader up to date with any issues which may occur during call handling.
Organising the schedules and coordinating site engineers

The successful applicant will have office based customer service experience and will have good IT skills (word, excel).

Hours will be 9am - 2pm Monday to Friday. Every third weekend you will be required to work 8am - 5pm on the Saturday and 9am - 5pm on the Sunday. The role averages out at 30 hours per week.

Closing date for applications is 19th November and interviews are scheduled for 25th November.
