There is currently a fantastic role based in our Peterborough office. This is an excellent role for individuals with proven experience and success as a recruiter.
You will be responsible for your own business section and the subsequent recruitment cycle through developing new business, meeting clients, account management, candidate sourcing, and negotiating contracts. As a FTSE 250 company we have high calibre clients within easy access of each of our offices enabling you to not only maintain these business relationships but also to develop your client portfolio over the longer term.

You will be able to demonstrate the client facing sales skills needed to influence a range of clients and communicate with all levels of contacts.
Long term relationship skills to maintain current relationships and build avenues into new clients.
This role will provide excellent scope, as you will be responsible for both temporary and permanent appointments within Accountancy & Finance.

As an experienced Recruiter, you will be an extremely well polished individual with prior experience within a recruitment business. Perhaps you have now gained commercial experience but your company is unable to provide you with the career opportunities and fast-track progression that you crave. A desire to drive your career forward through self-motivation and a hunger to succeed is highly important to us, as is your ability to demonstrate a successful and stable sales record. All Hays consultants have access to our training academy, covering everything from the basic skills through to advanced consultancy and management. You will also be responsible for checking the eligibility of your candidates. This will be audited to ensure 100% compliance and it will be your responsibility to ensure a smooth flow of documentation to complete the process successfully. A full UK driving licence is essential.
