Hi,

I have a double room to rent overlooking the garden and on the first floor of a spacious three-storey semi-detached (3 bedrooms).

The house has a good-sized and sunny lounge with bay window, a hard-wood floor dining room leading into to large modern fully fitted kitchen (double oven, gas cooker, washing machine, fridge-freezer), patio doors lead from the dining room to an attractive garden with lawn, flower beds and decking area for BBQs.

I am 27 and work at Addenbrooke's Hospital just south of Cambridge. I have one lodger Tim, 24, who works in Royston. I'm looking for an individual, or possibly a couple, to rent a double-bedroom on first floor next to bathroom and to share the rest of the house together. As the master bedroom has a shower-room there is a bathroom. We have a garage, a driveway and space for further parking by house. Tim's American fiancee is returning from the US in a few weeks. We are a friendly bunch who usually cook and eat together but also respect each other's space.

The room currently has a computer desk, an uplighter, small bedside table and a desk in it. If you require it fully furnished this can be arranged.

The house is situated in a quite close with friendly neighbours. Short walk from some small lakes and allotments. 10-15 min walk from Morrisons supermarket and the Monkfield Arms pub - our local! Please get in touch if you're interested!

Bills are all inclusive. £405pcm also includes wireless internet, Sky TV, council tax (Band D), water, gas, electicity, TV licence, etc. Phone calls excluded.

I am looking to rent the room for up to 3-4 months, possibly longer. This room could suit someone new to the area. The contract will require 6 weeks' notice to be given (both ways).

Cambourne is a new town outside of Cambridge city centre but on good bus routes with Citi 4 every 20 minutes, 20-30 min journey. Situated on the A428 and it's just 8 minutes drive away from Madingley Park & Ride in good traffic conditions.
