Hello,
I am not a landlord but a tenant trying to move out earlier than my 2 month notice. I am urgently looking for somebody to take over my tenancy. The house will be available on Tuesday to move in on Friday May 9th. I have been more than 2 years in this house and it is nice, clean and quiet.

1 bedroom semi detached/linked house in Milton (the sycamores).
615pcm.
1 allocated parking space and small enclosed front garden
double glazing (installed last year) and gas central heating.
painted magnolia (cream) all over with blue carpet (except linoleum in kitchen)
I had virgin/ntl broadband there, and there is a satellite dish on the wall but I did not use it.

downstairs:
living room with bow window. ikea 2 seater and TV/coffee table on wheels, 3
shelves, stairs to 1st floor with understairs storage.
kitchen with fitted cupboards, fridge/freezer, over/cooker with extractor, washing machine, large DIY/storage cupboard.

upstairs:
landing area
bathroom with sink, toilet, bath with electric shower over.
bedroom with ikea double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. cupboard with boiler inside and storage space.

small lawn front garden with brand new high wood panelled fence from the neighbours on the left, 2 trees at the end of the garden, picket fence to separate from the footpath on the right (right and left for somebody going out of the house via the front door). Behind the trees is a public lawn so there are no direct neighbours facing your windows. The house is next to the footpath, not on the road directly so it is quiet.
The garden is low maintenance (you just have to mow the lawn which takes 20 minutes. lawn mower provided by landlord)
