Channel Marketing Executives
Channel Marketing Executives (Kitchens / Bathrooms). c£20K-£30K plus benefits. Our client seeks to appoint experienced Channel Marketers with preferably a background in kitchen / bathroom related products or specific channel role. You will be responsible for responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of all marketing related to your assigned channel e.g. social housing or wholesale / trade or retail. Duties: To manage the channel from strategic planning to tactical activities; To utilise customer and market insight to support the development of channel activity with marketing programmes and materials; To effectively communicate channel strategy to all internal and external staff; To maintain professional internal and external relationships (including agency management) in accordance with the companies core values; Communicate with Head Office in Germany to align activity; To oversee all product related activities for the specific channel; Deliver effective operational marketing plans using customer and market insight to maximise the channels short, medium and long term objectives; Evaluate competitor activities and provide market analysis, identifying key trends and major drivers and leveraging opportunities that will impact performance; Monitor and control promotional expenditure; To manage all aspects of promotional material production & distribution; Ensure effective implementation of promotional campaigns and adjust channel strategy as required; Identify Key Performance Indicators to measure and monitor the impact product has on customers to identify opportunity; Communicate the vision for the channel and marketing programmes to field teams with clearly focussed priorities; Engage and motivate field teams to deliver effective campaigns. Requirements: Strategic thinker with ability to translate strategy into tactical plan; Good knowledge of all marketing tools; Strong interpersonal skills; Able to commission market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future product mix; Strong communication and presentation skills; Able to attain detailed knowledge of company products; Able to implement marketing programmes to a high standard; Full UK driving license; Appropriate IT skills for spreadsheet manipulation and powerpoint presentations.
