Senior Mechanical Engineer -- Cambridge
Skills -- degree educated, product development, management, 3D CAD and engineering analysis tools, FEA and CFD
Senior Mechanical Engineer needed for senior mechanical engineering position with leading company in Cambridge. You will need a good degree, good industrial experience in product development, and a proven record of managing engineers and technicians. You will also need a appreciation of engineering analysis tools and a understanding and experience of using 3D CAD, and knowledge of prototyping methods and numerical analysis using FEA and CFD. Experience of power generation or cleantech product development advantageous but not necessary.
Required Skills:
-Degree educated, and industrial experience of product development and management
-Hands on experience of 3D CAD
-Numerical analysis ability using FEA and CFD
Desired Skills:
-Experience in power generation or cleantech industries
-Fluid dynamics and thermal management knowledge and experience
