Social Worker - Learning Disabilities & Mental Health, Essex
An experienced Social Worker who has previous experience of dealing with adults who have learning disabilities as well as Mental Health problems is required for my client, who are part of a hospital group.
Your role will be the assessment of needs, as well as managing a caseload, whilst contributing to the protection of services users from abuse as well as monitoring and reviewing care plans and when required being and advocate on behalf of the person with learning disabilities or mental health issues.
You will need to work to empower individuals by helping them make informed choices, whilst also representing the Group at formal hearings, including court appearances.
