A busy and demanding job awaits the candidate for this Reception/Administration role. Working in Cambridge City Centre you will be working on a busy reception meeting and greeting visitors. Duties will include:
- Handling incoming calls to the site
- Sorting of post incoming and outgoing
- Taking messages for staff in meetings
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Assisting other departments with their administrative duties
- Assignment to start as soon as possible
- Excellent working environment
- Ongoing temporary assignment
- Previous Reception is required
- Good attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- An understanding of IT packages including Word and Excel
