Job Description
1.To follow brand standards at all times.

2To serve each customer quickly, politely, and efficiently with their requested items

3.To ‘up sell’ at all times.

4.To be knowledgeable on all products and be able to offer advice when people request it.

5.To follow local cash handling policy knowing that you are fully responsible and accountable for money in that till.

6.To ensure all staff meals and wastage are recorded accurately.

7.To ensure all counters and displays are full, clean and labelled with the correct P.O.S

8.To ensure all stores orders are received from stores daily and put away as soon as possible in the correct holding area. Ensure all stock is rotated in date order. When using stock check all dates and ensure you use the stock with the shortest date first.

9.To serve on the counter as directed by the unit manager, and when doing so to correctly portion food using the tools as instructed by your line manager.

10.To follow company Food safety and Health and Safety policy.

11.To ensure the counter and service area are kept clean and tidy.

12.To assist with any other position that may need covering in the unit.

13.To report any faulty equipment or hazards to your line manager.

14.To place or assist with the placing of the daily order to ensure that all products are available prior to service.

15.To report any accident to your line manager.

16.To complete any cleaning tasks as identified by the cleaning schedule.

17.To perform any other reasonable requests from your line manager.
