Purchase Ledger Clerk
Our client an established organisation located in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a finance professional for the position of Purchase Ledger Clerk. You will work as part of a team, in a fast-paced and busy environment. The successful candidate will have had prior experience of working in a finance department, ideally with knowledge of purchase ledger. You will be a proactive individual with the ability to work on their own initiative. Areas of responsibility will include:
- Coding & data entry of supplier invoices
- Journal transfers
- Processing multi-bills using excel spreadsheets
- Adherence to the current CIS regulations
- Processing employees expenses
- Reconciliation of supplier statements both manually & electronically
- Manage supplier queries
