We are a friendly Chinese family, unfortunately because of that reason alone we will be looking for a Chinese female lodger or lodgers to share one double size room. We are looking for students only. All bills and WiFi internet is included. The rooms are newly furnished. We are 7mins walk from the CRC college and 5mins bike ride from science park. Bus stop just round the corner.
90 for one student and 75 for two. Breakfast can be included with an extra cost on top.
