I’m a Software Engineer. I have around 2 years of IT experience as Production Support Analyst. I have a BSc Honours in Information Technology. I have extensive knowledge in Unix shell scripting and PL/SQL. I have production support DBA skills. I have created and installed the PL/SQL (Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, DB links) using TOAD. I have performed PL/SQL query tuning using TOAD and have backed up the Schemas using TOAD.I also have ISEB certification in Software Testing. I have experience in creating Test Cases, Test Scripts, Functional Testing, Interface Testing, Regression and Acceptance Testing.I have used Win Runner 7.0/8.0,Quality Center 9.0,QTP 8.2 Testing Tools.
