There is currently an opportunity within Hays Senior Finance, based at our offices in Cambridge. Reporting to the Senior Finance Regional Director with responsibility for increasing fee revenue whilst building long term relationships with clients and candidates ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

Working in the Senior Finance Hub in Cambridge and within the East Anglia Senior Finance Team, this permanent recruitment role will focus on developing client relationships in the Cambridge and Huntingdon area.

Clients range from Blue Chip household through to diverse SME businesses. This offers the opportunity to develop a broad range of sales skills promoting qualified recruitment solutions, including on and off line advertising products whilst dealing with an interesting base of clients.

As an experienced Recruiter, you will be an extremely well polished individual with prior experience within a recruitment business.
