RESTAURANT MANAGER REQUIRED FOR A HIGHLY ACCLAIMED DESTINATION RESTAURANT SALARY CIRCA £35,000 PER ANNUM.

Restaurant Manager with a quality led background in Michelin and 3AA Rosette awarded establishments needed to take control of the day to day running of this award winning establishment known for its quality high level cuisine and customer services.

You should be a great man manager, able to motivate and train your team in delivering above customer expectations in all areas of service from the moment the customer arrives to the moment they depart. You should have a good knowledge of running a busy restaurant with experience 100 covers plus on busy weekend evenings.

You should have a “Can do Attitude – A provider of Solutions NOT problems. You will be working with a talented chef who has a background in Michelin star restaurants and the relationship with Front of house and Back of house will be crucial for this role. Commercial acumen and an inspiring management style are just as important as customer service levels
