Hello, i'm going off travelling from the 18th of May until the end of June and are looking for someone to rent my room. The house is very smart and clean with sky plus, internet, garden, kitchen with all utilities, nice spacious lounge, dining room and a cat called Harvey! The room is a decent size with double bed, wardrobe, drawers, tv and sky, overlooking the back garden.
We are located in Woodland Rd, Sawston, near to bus-stops and a 10 min walk to shops and pubs. We are a 10 min car journey to Cambridge(North), 5 mins to M11 or A11, 10 mins car journey to Saffron Walden(South).
You would be sharing with my brother(co-owner)and my cousin. Both are nice, friendly, sociable, clean guys(31 years of age). And you must be the same although it doesn't matter if you're male or female, younger or older. They are mainly interested in sport and travelling and they also like to go out into Cambridge for a few drinks at the weekend.

The cost will be £95 per week, including all bills and there will be a small deposit which we would negiotiate. References would be good, but again we can talk about this if you are interested.
I might be back in July, although i may stay away longer so you may have the opportunity to stay longer.
