My fiancee and I are possibly looking at renting out a bedroom. It is just off Newmarket road, the postode is CB5 8NF. It is a double rooom and has in it a double bed, and a desk too with a built in wardrobe. There is also internet access and a tv.

there is also a garage for you to keep a bike if you need to. we are only offering the room though, and you will be responsible for your own foods etc.

We are primarily looking for students as we like our own space too, therefore we are only really offering the bedroom and kitchen facilities. the living room etc is out of bounds.
