Close to the local bus route to the city centre, shops, schools and doctors.

The flat has recently been tastfully decorated and the council have recently installed a new kitchen.

The 2 bedrooms are spaceous, more than enough room for a double bed in each with storage.

The living room is also of a good size with adjoining balcony.

The flats are all secured with an intercom system on the mian door and there is a caretaker onsite most days. Downstairs there is a large communal green which is kept tidy.

The rent is roughly £80 per week, that is including the service charge for maintenance and repairs.

We are looking for a 2 - 3 bedroom property anywhere in Cambridge City Centre or Surrounding areas.

We would prefer either ground or first floor as we have 2 children but we will concider anywhere.
