My client is a well respected company who are looking to recruit a PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR to join their busy commercial team in Cambridge.
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Property Managers and be the first point of contract for tenants and occupiers. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting with tenant applications, appointing contractors to deal with maintenance repairs, updating the data base, authorising contractor’s invoices and setting service charge for approval by the Property Managers.
It is essential that candidates have experience working within property administration or management. In addition you will have a good eye for detail and have excellent verbal and written communication.
As this role entails visiting tenants in the local area and carrying out property inspections, it is essential that you have a full, clean driving licence, and have your own transport.
Please note that candidates will not be considered on this occasion if they do not have experience within Property Sector, and are not in the local area. Ideally you will have worked for another local property management, facilities management or estates management company, client, consultant or organisation where you can demonstrate your residential and or commercial property experience.
